SHIV CONSTRUCTIONS strives for client satisfaction. Due to the nature of construction and infrastructure services, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows for SHIV CONSTRUCTIONS clients.
Clients may cancel service agreements with SHIV CONSTRUCTIONS according to the terms specified in their individual project contracts. Cancellation fees may apply based on work already completed by SHIV CONSTRUCTIONS.
Refunds for advance payments made to SHIV CONSTRUCTIONS are subject to review. Deductions will be made for mobilization costs and procurement of materials initiated by SHIV CONSTRUCTIONS.
